Subscription & Billing Policy

1. Membership Tiers

StashForge offers multiple membership tiers to suit different users:

• Sprue Cutter (Free): Limited access to core features
• Panel Liner: Paid plan with increased stash capacity and community features
• Master Builder: Premium plan with unlimited stash and early access to new tools

2. Billing Process

• All subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe.
• Plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
• You can view and manage your subscription from your account profile.

3. Cancellations

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile page.
• Your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation unless you resubscribe.

4. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or accidental renewals. Please manage your subscription responsibly via your profile settings.

5. Downgrades

If you cancel or downgrade your plan, your current access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. At that point, your account will revert to the Sprue Cutter (free) tier with limited access.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to retry. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.
